English translation: My Nisga'a ancestral name is Ksim Gitwilaksnatkw, I come from the House of Sim'oogit Hleek, of the Eagle/Beaver Clan. I come from the Nisga'a village of Gitwinksihlkw, we are the people of the Lizards. I currently live in Vancouver. My parents are Emma Nyce, nee Gosnell & the late Maurice Nyce, nee Azak. Ad lib; my maternal grandparents are Mary & Eli Gosnell; my paternal grandparents are Martha & Henry Azak. Both of my parents and grandparents are from the village of Gitwinksihlkw.
